Student Health Services is closed during the Summer break. If you need assistance, email or call 507-285-7261. Please note that this email and phone are not monitored daily during the summer, so a response may take several days. If you are submitting an immunization record, it will be processed when we return in mid-August. If you have you have questions about your immunization record and/or need assistance with registration, please contact the Welcome and One Stop Center at or 507-285-7557.
皇冠hg2020手机app下载 Nursing, Surgical Technology, and Dental Students: appointments for a Health Assessment or a TB skin test for Fall 2024 will be available beginning the week of August 26, 2024. Please check back in mid-August to schedule these appointments.
Mental Health Therapy Services are available during the summer break. Click the Schedule an Appointment on the Student Health Portal section and log in with your 皇冠hg2020手机app下载 StarId and Password. If you are scheduling your first therapy appointment, you need to complete four required forms before scheduling. You will see the required forms when you log in and select the Mental Health Therapy Services appointment options.
Zoom appointments are available for mental health therapy, but you must be located within the state of Minnesota. The “Tips for Scheduling” section has additional information on scheduling appointments.

The costs for most services are covered by the Health Service fee included on the tuition statement, so there is typically no additional fee to visit with the nurse.  A nominal fee may be charged for certain services or supplies.

If students have health insurance coverage, ZVHC will bill the insurance company for mental health therapy services.  Students are never denied services if unable to pay or are unable/unwilling to use their health insurance.


All information and health-related issues discussed with any of the Student Health Service staff is considered confidential. No information is released from this office without the student’s permission.


Students under the age of 18 are required to have a signed parental/guardian consent form before receiving any medical treatments, except in emergencies or cases exempt by law.
